Rogue Talents
The Rogue class has access to 34 different talents (passive skills) in Diablo 4.
As more points are allocated into the skill tree, additional talent choices become available. Unlike skills, however, talents are passive. This means that you do not have to actively equip them in order to use them.
Each talent can be given up to 3 skill points, except for the powerful Capstone talents, which can only be given one skill point.

Rogue OverviewRogue Core Talents
Rogue Core talents unlock after 2 skill points are allocated in the skill tree.
Sturdy | You gain x{#}% Close Damage Reduction. |
Siphoning Strikes | Requires 75% Lucky Hit Chance to: Heal for {#}% of your Maximum Life when you Critically Strike Close enemies. |
Stutter Step | Critically Striking an enemy grants +{#}% Movement Speed for {#} seconds. |
Target Practice (Vessel of Hatred) | Your Critical Strike Chance with Marksman and Cutthroat Skills is increased by 3/6/9%. |
Rogue Agility Talents
Rogue Agility talents are unlocked after allocating 6 skill points in the skill tree.
Weapon Mastery | Gain a bonus based on the weapons used in your attack: Daggers: x{#}% increased damage to Healthy enemies. Swords: x{#}% increased damage.Bows: x{#}% increased damage to Vulnerable enemies. Crossbows: x{#}% increased Critical Strike Damage. |
Rapid Gambits | Evading through an enemy Dazes them for {#} seconds. Your Evade Cooldown is reduced by {#} seconds when you Daze an enemy. |
Concussive | Using a Healing Potion Stuns surrounding enemies for {#} seconds and increases your damage by {#}% for {#} seconds. |
Trick Attacks | Dazing or Stunning an enemy increases your Critical Strike Chance by {#}% and Critical Strike Damage by {#}% for {#} seconds, both up to {#}%. |
Rugged | Gain x{#}% Damage Reduction against Damage Over Time effects. |

Rogue Subterfuge Talents
Rogue Subterfuge talents talents are unlocked after 11 skill points have been allocated in the skill tree.
Agile | Using a Cooldown increases your Dodge Chance by x{#}% for {#} seconds. |
Mending Obscurity | While Stealthed, you Heal for {#}% Maximum Life per second. |
Exploit | You deal x{#}% increased damage to Healthy and Injured enemies. |
Malice | You deal x{#}% increased damage to Vulnerable or Knocked Down enemies. |
Evasive (Vessel of Hatred) | After Dodging an attack, gain 2/4/6% Damage Reduction for 4 seconds. |
Rogue Imbuements Talents
To unlock the Rogue Imbuements talents, 16 skill points have to be allocated in the skill tree.
Deadly Venom | You deal x{#}% increased Poisoning damage. |
Alchemical Advantage | Dealing Poison damage increases your Attack Speed and Lucky Hit Chance by {#}% for {#} seconds, up to {#}%. |
Debilitating Toxins | Poisoned enemies deal {#}% less damage. |
Shadow Crash | Lucky Hit: Shadow damage has up to a {#}% chance to Stun for {#} seconds. |
Consuming Shadows | Each time you kill an enemy with Shadow Damage, you generate {#} Energy. |
Precision Imbuement | Imbued Skills gain +{#}% increased Critical Strike Chance. |
Frigid Finesse | You deal x{#}% increased damage to Chilled enemies. This bonus increases to x{#}% against Frozen enemies. |
Chilling Weight | Chilled enemies have their movement speed further reduced by up to {#}%, and you gain {#}%[x] increased Chill effect. |
Rogue Ultimate Talents
To unlock the Ultimate talents of the Rogue, a total of 23 skill points must have been allocated in the skill tree.
Innervation | Lucky Hit: Up to a {#}% chance to gain {#} Energy. |
Second Wind | Every {#} Energy you spend grants you +{#}% of your Maximum Life as a Barrier for {#} seconds. |
Alchemist’s Fortune | Non-Physical damage you deal has a +{#}% increased Lucky Hit Chance. |
Aftermath | While an Ultimate Skill is on your Action Bar, you Heal for {#}% Maximum Life every second. After using an Ultimate Skill, restore {#} Energy. |
Trap Mastery | When Poison Trap or Death Trap activates, you gain +{#}% increased Critical Strike Chance against Vulnerable and Crowd Controlled enemies for {#} seconds. |
Adrenaline Rush | While moving, you gain x{#}% increased Energy Regeneration. |
Impetus | After moving 15 meters, your next Core or Ultimate attack deals x{#}% increased damage. While the damage bonus remains, your Base, Agility and Subterfuge Skills deal x{#}% increased damage. |
Haste | While at or above {#}% maximum Energy, gain +{#}% increased Movement Speed. While below {#}% maximum Energy, gain +{#}% increased Attack Speed. |

Rogue Capstone Talents
Capstone talents for the Rogue are unlocked after 33 skill points have been allocated in the skill tree. Unlike most other talents, Capstone talents are mutually exclusive. This means that only one of them may be selected, so make sure you choose wisely.
Momentum | Casting a Cutthroat Skill grants a stack of Momentum. Casting a Non-Cutthroat Skill removes a stack of Momentum. For each stack of Momentum, you gain {x}% Damage Reduction, {x}% Maximum Energy, {x}% Energy Regeneration, {x}% Movement Speed, and {x}% Damage. This can stack up to {x} times. |
Close Quarters Combat | Damaging a Close enemy with Marksman or Cutthroat Skills each grant a {x}% [+] Attack Speed bonus for {x} seconds. While both Attack Speed bonuses are active, your damage dealt is increased by {x}%[x] of the total amount of your Damage vs Crowd Controlled bonus. |
Victimize | Lucky Hit: Dealing direct damage to a Vulnerable enemy has up to a 50% chance to cause an explosion, dealing [60%] damage to them and surrounding enemies. Victimize’s damage is increased by 150%[x] of your Vulnerable Damage Bonus. |
Exposure | Lucky Hit: Dealing direct damage to an enemy affected by a Trap Skill has up to a {#}% chance to reduce the active Cooldowns of your Trap Skills by {#}% and drop a cluster of exploding Stun Grenades that deal {#}% total Physical damage and Stun enemies for {#} seconds. |
Precision | Each Marksman skill cast grants 1 stack of Precision, or 2 if it has Critically Struck. When you reach 6 stacks, your next Marksman Core or Ultimate Skill is a guaranteed Critical Strike that deals x{#}% increased Critical Strike Damage, consuming all stacks of Precision. This damage is further increased by an amount equal to x{#}% of your Critical Strike Damage bonus. |
Alchemical Admixture (Vessel of Hatred) | Dealing 2 different types of non-physical damage increases the Potency of your Imbuement skills by 40% for 5 seconds. This Potency is further increased by 40% of the total amount of your Bonus Damage to Poison, Shadow, and Cold. |
