Blizzard have posted about players receiving Uniques with fewer affixes than intended. It seems it’s an issue specifically with Belial’s Hoard when selecting the Harbinger of Hatred loot option. A fix is coming, but the workaround for now is to just select Duriel instead. The Lord of Lies strikes again!
Thanks for the callout. There’s a bug at the moment where Uniques from Belial’s Horder when selecting Harbringer of Hatred can drop with fewer base Affixes than intended. We’re planning to have this fixed in an upcoming patch update.
Until the fix, please select Duriel at Belial to avoid this issue.
