<p>Several users, including <a href="https://www.reddit.com/user/Eax89/">Eax89</a>, shared that they lost 1,000 Platinum and didn&#8217;t get anything.</p>

Diablo 4 Warning: Reliquary Purchase Bug Is Taking Platinum Without Reward


<p>The new Reliquary Battle Pass feature is really having a bad day. It&#8217;s just not working properly. From costing players Favor Tokens without giving them their rewards, to just not unlocking when purchased with the Battle Pass, there are many bugs <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/d4/news/reliquaries-not-unlocking-properly-with-battle-pass/">Blizzard said they&#8217;re working on fixing</a>. However, there&#8217;s a new one that&#8217;s really just very annoying, and potentially dangerous as well! </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Watch Out! It&#8217;s the Seasonal Rewards! </h2>



<p>Players have been getting assaulted by the Reliquary screen mid-battle. It has a message show up when you unlock something from it. That part is fine. However, it will also open the full Reliquary screen if you press R, the default keybind for the feature. Even when you specifically unbound the key! That&#8217;s right, regardless of whether the Reliquary is or isn&#8217;t actually bound to the R key, it will still open when the key is pressed. This turned out to be a pretty big problem for players who use that key for skills. Like <a href="https://www.reddit.com/user/Wooden-Contract-2760/">Wooden-Contract-2760</a> who uses it for their ultimate:</p>

<p>This is pretty irritating/mildly funny for Softcore players, but if/when this catches Hardcore players unaware and gets them killed, it won&#8217;t be quite as humorous. </p>



<p>While it&#8217;s to be expected for a new feature to have some issues at launch, the Reliquary is really dragging things down for Season 8. Let&#8217;s hope the issues get resolved soon! </p>


The Reliquary Is Getting Players Killed With Pop-Ups


<p>It seems the new Reliquary system is running into trouble! Aside from the already mentioned issues with legacy Battle Passes, it seems the new ones aren&#8217;t quite working as intended either. Blizzard have clarified that they&#8217;re working on an issue that is causing Reliquaries acquired through the Battle pass and its deluxe version to not show up or work properly. </p>

Reliquaries Not Unlocking Properly With Battle Pass


<p>A new season has arrived to Diablo 4 and it seems Belial brought a queue with him! </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The &#8220;1 Minute&#8221; Queue</h2>



<p>Players have been running into some queuing issues, as it seems the season may be a little too popular. There are many reports of players sitting in the queue screen, with it constantly saying there&#8217;s under 1 minute left to go. </p>

<p>It seems the issues are on many different platforms, as relogging and restarting the game doesn&#8217;t seem to help. Some players had to wait 15 minutes to get in, while others are still stuck waiting. </p>



<p>Hopefully, this will clear up as the initial rush on the servers calms down, so everyone can get in there and stop Belial from&#8230; lying too much? </p>

Diablo 4 Season 8: Belial’s Return Is Live!


<p>Blizzard have clarified that the process of converting Battle Pass tokens players may have had from previous seasons into the new Reliquary ones is taking longer than expected. Not all of them will be ready for the season&#8217;s launch and work will continue after the season is live. </p>

Battle Pass Token to Reliquary Conversion Is Ongoing


<p>Season 8 is less than 30 minutes away, and players can already start downloading the update! It&#8217;s available on all platforms, with the download size ranging from 8-15 Gigabytes for players, depending on platform and previously downloaded updates. </p>

Diablo 4 Season 8 Is Ready to Download Ahead of Release!


<p>Blizzard have detailed some late changes to the Belial&#8217;s Return Season Journey! </p>



<p>The reward structure has been changed. Most of the Ash rewards were related to Chapter 7 of the journey before, but after these changes they will be more evenly distributed between chapters 2 and 7. The seasonal owl pet reward, Iris, was moved one chapter earlier, being obtained after 6 instead of 7. </p>

        <p>Hello all</p>
<p>We have made a change prior to Season 8 launch that will affect the way you obtain specific rewards associated with the Season Journey.</p>
<p>The prior reward structure held a good majority of Smoldering Ashes and the Seasonal Pet Reward (Iris) behind Chapter 7 of the Season Journey. We have made updates on the backend to redistribute these earlier in the Season Journey. These changes will be in effect immediately at the start of the Season 8 on April 29th. Due to the way this was updated prior to the start of the season, players will see incorrect tooltips and information on the Season Journey until we can get another client update out post Season 8 launch.</p>
<p>Below you will find the new updated values for Smoldering Ash per Chapter with this update:</p>
<p>Chapter II: 2 Ashes via Chapter completion<br />
Chapter III: 2 Ashes via Chapter completion<br />
Chapter IV: 3 Ashes via Chapter completion + 1 Ash via Chapter objective<br />
Chapter V: 3 Ashes via Chapter completion + 1 Ash via Chapter objective<br />

<p>We believe these changes will make progression and earning Iris more accessible to players jumping into the new season. We will have more news once we have additional information on the client update to address the in-game tooltips to represent this change.</p>
