Blizzard Update on Missing Old Battle Passes and Replacements

Blizzard confirmed they’re still working on the problem with previously purchased Battle Passes not working and players not receiving Platinum compensation for them.

Since the start of Season 8 and the new Reliquary system, players have been reporting not being able to use their old Battle Passes at all. Blizzard stated before the season even began that they’d need more time to fix the transition, but now we have confirmation that that’s still not complete. They are tracking player reports on the matter, and have people working on the issue.
