Blizzard is back with another unexpected music crossover, and this time they are trading guitars for synthesizers.
They teased a new song collaboration between Diablo and Australian electronic music producer What So Not, titled “Blood is the Law.” The track, featuring vocals by Lucille Croft, is releasing today, Thursday at 11 AM Pacific, with a pre-save link already live.
You will be able to listen to the track on various music platforms such as Apple Music, Spotify, Deezer, iTunes, Amazon Music, Tidal, and Youtube Music!
Previous collaborations leaned more towards Metal, but Blood is the Law aims for a darker, electronic type of music. Metal typically fits more the whole demonic vibe of Diablo, but it can only be a good addition to change the tone and go for something different for once!
Who Is What So Not?
What So Not is an electronic music project originally co-created by Australian record producer Emoh Instead and Flume in 2011. The producer is known for mixing techno, dubstep, and atmospheric trance, often building massive melodic progressions into explosive drops, and that is a style that could bring an entirely new immersive sound to the Diablo universe.
Together with Lucille Croft’s vocals, Blood is the Law could mark one of Diablo’s most original musical project!
